After the huge success of CDX16, we’ve set the date for next year’s event!

Time 5:08 pm, May 25, 2016

FRESH from the huge success of CDX16 at Silverstone, Car Dealer magazine can today announce that next year’s event – CDX17 – will be held on May 23, 2017.

The date was set in response to high demand from exhibitors and delegates keen to secure places at the event which again promises to be the UK’s biggest motor trade conference and expo.

CDX16 was attended by more than 100 leading exhibitors and 2,100 delegates from across the UK.

More than 40 per cent larger than last year’s inaugural CDX, the event also featured a stellar line-up of keynote speakers who appeared before packed audiences on the main stage.

James Baggott, Chief Executive Officer of Baize Group, the parent company of Car Dealer, said: ‘We’ve been overwhelmed by the brilliant response to CDX16 and by the sheer number of people who’ve already approached us trying to book their places for next year.

‘We’ll be confirming more details about CDX17 in the coming months, but I can promise one thing… it will be even bigger and better still. We have some very exciting plans for the future.’

Underlining the success of the event, Tim Smith, Group Strategy Director at CDX16’s headline sponsors G Forces, said: ‘CDX16 certainly lived up to and exceeded our expectations.

‘Not only was it really well attended by the industry, it was also an informative and very enjoyable day packed with great content. It was incredibly successful for us as we connected with so many of our existing clients and met a lot of very exciting new prospects.’
