ALAN Day New Southgate has been voted the best Volkswagen dealership in the UK for customer care and service.
The branch scored the highest in a survey of 250 dealers around the country, topping its Hampstead branch, which came in second.
The independent survey quizzed every customer who bought a Volkswagen between January and March 2016.
Paul Tanner, managing director of Alan Day Volkswagen, said: ‘We are very proud to be voted the number one retailer for combined customer care and service satisfaction in the UK.
‘This was an independent survey and is an amazing achievement, especially being in one of the most difficult environments for customer satisfaction.’
He added: ‘It proves that our customer service is second to none and we take care of our clients when they bring their cars in to be serviced and when they are buying our new or second hand models.
‘We always go the extra mile to keep our customers happy and provide a five star service throughout the group. It shows that our investment in quality staff and training is clearly paying off.’
