Alfa sales grow 60.4%

alfa2ALFA Romeo has recorded the largest percentage sales increase for the key month of March it has been announced.

According to March 2011 new registration statistics from the SMMT, Alfa Romeo recorded a positive percentage change in its new car sales – a 66.35 per cent increase – higher than any other manufacturer for the month.

The Italian sporting marque has also enjoyed a buoyant start to the year, finishing the first quarter as one of the top two automotive manufacturers in terms of percentage sales increase with a 60.4 per cent increase on 2010, year to date.


Alfa says it largely puts this rise to new product, namely the new Giulietta.
