HEMMINGS Renault has handed over the keys for a brand-new Clio to prize winner Marion Juggins.
The lucky hospice volunteer won the £8000 Renault Clio Campus in the annual St Wilfrid’s Hospice prize draw.
By buying a ticket, she also helped the charity raise more than £10,000 to help people with terminal illnesses.
Richard Hemming, MD of the business, handed over the keys. ‘It’s always a delight to hand over the keys to a brand new Renault,’ he said.
‘However, on this occasion, it really was a cause for celebration, as more than £10,000 was raised for this important local charity which does such vital work for the Chichester community.
The Chichester dealer was chosen by the West Wittering and District Support Group to coordinate the prize car. IN supporting the prize draw, Hemmings was praised by fundraising chief Simon Taylor.
‘We would like to thank Hemming Renault for all their support, and we look forward to working with them in 2009/10.’
Juggins, understandably, was over the moon. ‘I was delighted to win as I’ve never won anything with this sort of prestige.
‘The year has started rather well!’
