LEADING accident management company Easi-Drive has announced a new partnership with Knights BMW.
The announcement will see the company provide Knights BMW with a ‘first-class, comprehensive accident management service for its clients.’
The provision of an accident management service will aid Knights Group’s aftersales and their already high levels of customer satisfaction, says Easi-Drive says head of sales, Zac Mitcheson.
‘It is great news for both ourselves and Knights,’ he said. ‘There is a natural synergy between both businesses – we both have a passion for high quality customer service. It was clearly the right fit for both companies.
‘Knights is our first BMW dealer partnership and as a business we will be expanding our fleet of BMWs, so the collaboration will be of mutual benefit.’
Ian Dow, Knights’ after sales director, said: ‘We were really impressed with Easi-Drive’s track record in customer service and delivery and we are confident they will provide the best levels of support they can to our clients. We are very much looking forward to working together.’
Mitcheson believes all dealerships should be considering offering an accident management service in-house: ‘By partnering with a credible accident management firm dealerships get the opportunity to nurture a relationship with a client long after the original sale.
‘It increases the chance of future purchases of cars and parts, enables you to better manage repair costs and helps keep the customer committed to your brand.’
