INDUSTRY-leading provider of dealer service, repair and finance software systems, eDynamix, will show off its latest developments and brand new app at CDX16.
Offering fully-integrated web-based applications, eDynamix aims to provide powerful and effective, flexible yet simple platforms in which dealers can manage a customer throughout the service lifecycle.
CDX16 will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at Silverstone in Northamptonshire and, after finding last year’s event so worthwhile, the company has decided to get involved again in 2016.
The firm told us: ‘We exhibited last year and found it to be an extremely positive event with great opportunity to drive business. When we found out the event was returning in 2016, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to take part again.
‘CDX15 was seamless from start to finish and we just know it will be the same again this year. We’ll be attending with fresh branding and a newly designed stand, which will allow us to showcase our new app and our latest developments.’
When asked what they expect to achieve at CDX16, the company told us: ‘We are keen to inform and educate dealers of exactly what we can offer to help improve their businesses. Two members from our business development team will be attending to answer any questions they may have about how eDynamix can help them increase customer retention using our Unified Aftersales Solutions.
‘We’ll also be offering people the chance to win an iPad by simply leaving their business card in our eDynamix bowl.’

What can I expect from CDX16?
At CDX16, there will be 12 workshops for dealers to attend with hints and tips on how to improve business in a number of areas as well as keynote speeches and panel discussions with some of the biggest names in the motor trade on the Car Dealer Live stage. Speakers for the event are already confirmed as Twitter, Facebook, Google and Haymarket Automotive.
Car Dealer Magazine will also be announcing the winners of its acclaimed Twitter 140 Awards – with the gongs handed out by Twitter themselves – while the much-enjoyed Women In The Motor Industry (WITMI) session is back with a stellar line-up of panellists.
