Mitsubishi dealers have seen sales grow an incredible 90 per cent in 2014 – but boss Lance Bradley has told his network to prepare for more of the same.
In an exclusive interview at the Paris Motor Show, the UK managing director told Car Dealer that sales are only going to pick up further as the Outlander PHEV sales comes on full stream.
‘We’ve had incredible growth,’ said Bradley. ‘Even net of PHEV we’re up 30 per cent. Mirage is static with last year but everything else is up.
‘Even cars we haven’t changed are up and that’s on the back of overall improvements in awareness, in spec and price.
‘We’re not stopping and it will carry on for another 12 months at this sort of growth rate so if anyone is thinking about expanding a bit do it now, because it’s worth doing.
‘Dealers need to prepare for more of the same.’
