AUCTION firm BCA has recorded its fastest-ever seller on its ‘Buy Now’ online selling channel.

A 2008 Audi Q7 TDi Quattro S Line was listed for sale at 2.00 pm on June 28, 2012 and sold exactly one minute and 22 seconds later to a BCA online buyer.

The Q7 had covered 47,000 warranted miles and was well specified in black metallic with leather interior and alloy wheels, integral sat-nav and parking sensors. It sold for £21,250, equivalent to 113 per cent of CAP Clean.

The car was sold on behalf of a prestige dealer group based in London.

BCA commercial director, D’Vidis Jacobs, said: ‘With good quality stock at a premium, professional buyers are increasingly turning to online channels to source vehicles quickly and efficiently.

‘BCA’s Buy Now service offers a selection of fresh stock for a limited period each day. Multiple view images, a detailed inspection report, pricing information and comprehensive catalogue descriptions mean buyers have all the information they need. Buyers simply ‘click to adopt’ and payment and delivery arrangements are all made online.’
