Hendy Group chooses Crawley for second Suzuki franchise

Time 9:37 am, January 12, 2018

SUZUKI has opened a dealership in Crawley with the Hendy Group.

The West Sussex showroom is the second Suzuki franchise for Hendy, which also has one in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The state-of-the-art Hendy Suzuki Crawley dealership in the Manor Royal business district boasts a seven-car, 290 sq m  showroom with the full Suzuki product line-up on display, including the recently launched Swift supermini and Ignis compact crossover, plus the hybrid Baleno hatchback.

Visitors to the dealership have a hospitality area and interactive Tech Zone at their disposal, plus there are full servicing and MOT facilities with dedicated bays for Suzuki customers, while the exterior forecourt has an array of low-mileage Approved Used Suzuki cars.

Dealer principal Andy Meaden said: ‘Crawley wasn’t currently being served by a Suzuki franchise, and therefore the town was an ideal location to expand the presence of Hendy Suzuki in the south-east.

‘The vehicle manufacturer’s model range brings the ideal combination of eye-catching designs, great value and low running costs, and therefore we are expecting it to be extremely popular among drivers in the region.’

Dale Wyatt, director of automobile at Suzuki GB, said: ‘We are delighted to see the growth of the Hendy Suzuki franchise. Crawley is an area where we wanted to increase our footprint, thanks to it being an important catchment area, and we are pleased that this gap in our market coverage has now been filled. We look forward to a continued positive relationship with Hendy Suzuki.’
