61658-sprinterMERCEDES-Benz Retail Group (MBRG) has announced it is launching van sites throughout London.

MBRG says it is building on its existing portfolio of new and used vehicles retailing, as well as aftersales.

The introduction of vans sales by Mercedes-Benz Retail Group is being phased-in throughout the first quarter of 2011, and will focus exclusively on the top-selling Vito and Sprinter models.

Vans will be available from MBRG Retail sites at Colindale, Croydon, Brentford and East London. Specialist service and repair facilities will also be included at Romford, Stratford and Croydon, in addition to the existing van centres at Brentford and Park Royal.

Mark Middleton, customer service manager at Mercedes-Benz Retail Group, said: ‘As part of our commitment to excellence in customer service, we will be offering a complete solution for van sales and after care, including finance and insurance, servicing, parts, bodyshop and
24-hour Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance recovery.

‘The launch of vans across London represents a major investment by MBRG to deliver the excellent levels of customer service that is already provided by our network and we look forward to providing a complete solution for van customers moving forwards.

‘These specific retail premises have been selected for their positioning on major arterial routes in and out of London, to serve the high proportion of our van customers that travel within the M25.  We want to bring the Mercedes-Benz car retail experience to the van market in order to give Mercedes-Benz van owners and drivers what they want and deserve.’
