TLDarby_newshowroom1BURTON business TL Darby Volkswagen is on target to open its state-of-the-art new showroom next month.

Construction at the purpose-built premises on Centrum East Retail Park is nearing completion and the company will be opening on December 15.

Brand manager Richard Darby said: ‘As each day passes we can see the building transformed from a bare steel framework into our new home.

‘Once the keys are handed over to us we will have just a couple of weeks to fit out the building out and move operations from our New Street premises. We can hardly wait to welcome our loyal and valued customers into this modern facility.

‘The shell of the premises is complete, with all its cladding and glass in place, and the contractors have been hard at work creating our fantastic new 10-bay workshop.

‘We have invested more than £250,000 into the latest high-tech equipment to ensure TL Darby’s qualified technicians can offer the most up-to-date and expert service in the area.’

The eye-catching new facility provides the contemporary surroundings that are synonymous with the instantly recognisable Volkswagen brand.

In addition to the impressive workshop, the company will gain a bigger showroom area, with the capacity to display a wider range of new Volkswagen models, the latest digital technology, and improved customer hospitality areas and parking.

TL Darby Volkswagen is a privately-owned family business established 48 years ago, based in Burton upon Trent. The company supplies new and used vehicles and also provides comprehensive aftersales, authorised parts, servicing and has paint and body centre facilities.
