NISSAN has announced the 24-strong network of dealers selected to sell the all-electric Nissan Leaf.
The 24 Nissan EV dealers have been chosen to give the best coverage across the UK for customers, and for their high customer service Like the GT-R, the Leaf will have an appointed EV relationship manager in each dealership which will equipped to sell the Leaf in February 2011.
Each EV dealership will also boast the facility for customers to charge their Leafs – up to 80 per cent capacity in 30 minutes – meaning that Leaf owners will be no more than 50 miles from a charger.
Paul Willcox, managing director of Nissan Motor (GB) Limited said: ‘The appointment of the Nissan EV network is another milestone in the launch of the Nissan Leaf here in the UK.
‘We are confident that this network of dealers will provide the best service for our customers who have already ordered a Nissan LEAF, and offer the best advice to those who are yet to take the plunge.’
