AUTOMOTIVE recruitment specialist Progress Recruitment Solutions has extended its head office in Norwich to accommodate its growing team.

Founded seven years ago by managing director Laura Rycroft, the business now employs around 30 people.

The floor space has been increased by more than 30 per cent to nearly 3,000 square feet as the permanent recruitment provider continues to grow.

Progress Recruitment works across all major automotive sectors including main dealer, vehicle manufacturer, bodyshop and independent garage. It says it has developed quickly thanks to a commitment to innovation, strong work ethic and an ability to form productive, lasting customer relationships.

It has been nominated for a number of prestigious industry awards, being highly commended in the 2018, 2017 and 2016 Car Dealer Power Awards, and is an official partner of vehicle manufacturers and trade associations. Rycroft said: ‘It’s a really exciting time to be working in what’s always been a dynamic market. Our ability to deliver the high levels of service our clients have come to expect from us relies on our exceptional team.

‘We’re always looking to invest, and increasing the size of our offices was essential to keep us moving ahead.’
