Skoda’s happy pledge

scrap-skodas-59-new-carSKODA has vowed to maintain its reputation as the ‘manufacturer of happy drivers’ with a new customer pledge.

Called the Skoda ‘customer promise’, the Czech maker aims to build on its strong reputation for customer service by promising to deliver an enjoyable experience for all Skoda drivers.

The promise plans to put Skoda customers at ease with honest advice which will draws upon its retailers’ knowledge and expertise.


It will also cover all areas of the customer’s experience right from booking services to follow-up contact.

Skoda UK’s head of aftersales John Bower said: ‘Customer satisfaction has long been at the heart of everything that we do and we are extremely proud of the recognition that we have received so far this year.

‘With the introduction of the new Skoda Customer Promise our retailers will be able to promote the high quality of service that they offer, which will allow us to achieve our ultimate aim of creating an easy, enjoyable experience for all our customers throughout their motoring life.’
