We’re Startin a fresh chapter with Suzuki! New dealership opens for business

SUZUKI has increased the number of dealerships it has in the UK to 159, with the opening of Startin Suzuki Redditch.

It is the second Suzuki franchise to be opened by the Startin Group in the Midlands, adding to its current showroom which launched in Worcester last summer.

Startin’s existing Redditch premises off the Coventry Highway have been redesigned and modernised to deliver a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The spacious and light dealership, situated to the south of Birmingham on Far Moor Lane (B98), will serve motorists in an area covering Alcester and Bromsgrove, through to Feckenham and Selly Oak.

At Startin Suzuki Redditch, the entire model range is on show, including the recently launched lightweight Jimny 4×4 and the stylish 2019 Model Year Vitara SUV – Suzuki’s most technologically advanced car to date.

Visitors equally benefit from the use of the hospitality area, which has free wifi, refreshments and freshly baked biscuits, plus a display of the latest accessories and gifts for the family.

An expert sales team, headed up by Julian Bates, includes specialists for those acquiring a car through the Motability Scheme or for business use.

Furthermore, Suzuki owners have access to dedicated service and parts areas, and on-site workshops and MOT facilities.

Dale Wyatt, director of automobile at Suzuki GB, said: ‘We are very pleased to be increasing our retail presence in the Midlands with the Startin Group. During the past year, our relationship with them has already proved a great success, and we look forward to continuing to build on this.’

Daniel Shuker, dealer principal of Startin Suzuki Redditch, added: ‘We are delighted to be expanding our Suzuki portfolio with a second location.

‘Since the launch of the Worcester showroom only a few months ago, we have had many car buyers making the journey from areas around Birmingham to specifically buy a Suzuki.

‘This presented a strong business case to add another showroom in Redditch and to take Suzuki to our customer base rather than vice versa. Plus, with the new Jimny and Vitara attracting significant interest, it’s set to be a busy few months ahead.’
