Time 9:17 am, January 8, 2015

suz-bristolSUZUKI GB is pleased to announce the opening of Blade Suzuki, its second showroom in Bristol.

Located to the south of the city in Flax Burton, the launch of the new site sees the vehicle manufacturer’s retail network expand to a total of 151 outlets across the UK during 2014, a year that has also witnessed Suzuki enjoying record-breaking sales.

The new showroom on Weston Road, which has been an operational retail location for the Blade Group since 2011, houses the brand’s full model line-up including the award-winning Swift supermini and SX4 S-Cross crossover, which will be joined by the all-new Celerio city car and Vitara compact SUV.

Motorists are also welcomed by a highly-experienced retail team with dedicated Motability Scheme representatives, whilst fleet specialists are on hand to assist corporate customers with leasing requirements.

Furthermore, visitors to the site have access to a hospitality area and handover bay, as well as parts and servicing receptions, repair and MOT facilities.

Dale Wyatt, sales and marketing director at Suzuki GB, said: ‘Bristol is the largest city in the south-west of England and has always proved a strategically important sales location for the brand. The Blade Group is the ideal partner for which to continue expanding our footprint in the region.’

Tim Glanvill, dealer principal of Blade Suzuki, added: ‘We are delighted to be joining the Suzuki network during such an exciting period of growth.

‘Many of our drivers are based in rural areas, and therefore the model range, which will shortly be bolstered by the arrival of two all-new cars, ticks a lot of boxes in terms of meeting their needs and lifestyles. We look forward to representing Suzuki as we go into 2015.’
