Time 7:57 am, August 14, 2014

20140808_114614DEALER group Swansway has added Abarth to its portfolio.

The charismatic Italian performance brand joins Swansway’s other franchises: Land Rover, Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Seat, Honda, Peugeot, Citroen and Fiat.

Andrew Wakelin, operations director for Swansway Chester, said: ‘I’m something of a motor racing buff, so to have Abarth as a brand is rather special for me!

‘The cars they produce are out of the ordinary and certainly have that little Italian something extra.’

The brand will sit alongside Fiat and Citroen at Swansway Chester.

Swansway Group is a family-owned and run business, based in the north west. It has 17 dealerships and ranks in 13th place in the Great Places to Work survey and 32nd in in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for List.
