Time 2:05 pm, January 30, 2018

VERTU GROUP has announced the appointment of a new general manager for their Vertu Lease Cars arm.

Phil Caine, 39, is an eighteen-year veteran in the motor retail industry, and has been handed the title of general manager. This role will see Caine drive forward brokerage deals and establish the company within the busy leasing market.

Engaging with potential customers, and ensuring understanding among existing customers, will also be a pivotal part of the role.

Caine, who lists DJing and bodybuilding among his hobbies, said: ‘Vertu Motors sets a very high standard across all of the companies that it operates and its values align with my own. I am keen to contribute my experience to the role and exceed the standard of work that is expected from me.

‘I am thoroughly enjoying the challenges that the position has brought so far and am eager to further establish a trusted brokerage, showcasing what Vertu Lease Cars has to offer and providing customers with the service that Vertu excels at delivering.’

Founded in 2006, the Vertu group runs 124 sites on behalf of 22 manufacturers, where their leasing services are available for consumers. Caine joins Vertu from his previous post as sales director at Autotailors Ltd in Wetherby.
