THE Glyn Hopkin Group has been appointed to represent MG in east London.
The dealership in Romford Road, Manor Park, was officially opened by William Wang, MG Motor UK managing director, and Fraser Cohen, Glyn Hopkin Group managing director.
MG is a new addition to the group, which holds franchises for more than a dozen marques across the south-east of England. The company has been celebrating its 25th year in business in 2018 and is one of the largest privately-owned dealer groups in the UK.
Cohen said: ‘Glyn Hopkin has a proven track record of identifying valuable opportunities for growth. We are encouraged by the vision and success of the MG brand in the UK and believe this new partnership will enable both companies to achieve their goals.’
Mark Hallam, network development manager at MG, added: ‘Glyn Hopkin Group has a tremendous reputation in the south-east as an excellent motor retailer providing top-class customer service. We’re delighted to have appointed the group to the MG network in such a fabulous location, right in the heart of east London.’
For the rest of this year, Glyn Hopkin MG customers will be able to take part in the business’s anniversary prize draw. Anyone who buys a new or used MG from the dealership in December will be automatically entered into its anniversary draw to win £1,000.
Furthermore, at the end of 2018, a bonus prize of a new car worth £13,000 will be given away to one lucky customer.
