NATIONAL motor retailer Lookers has built upon its close relationship with Skoda with the opening of its newest luxury retail site in Stockport.
The launch of the new Lookers Skoda Stockport site in St. Mary’s Way represents an investment of more than £1 million and features a new car showroom with space for eight vehicles; a 120 used car display, as well as eight repair and maintenance bays.
The retail site includes ample customer parking, TV lounge, a children’s play area and a cutting-edge car configurator.
The grand opening saw executives from both Skoda and Lookers mingle with some of the brand’s loyal customers in the north-west.
Guests were also able to take a look around some of the manufacturer’s latest models, including the new Skoda Octavia, which recently received a five-star review in What Car? magazine, as well as find out more about upcoming launches such as Skoda’s brand new SUV, the Karoq and the latest version of the Fabia.
The audience were also treated to the grand unveiling of the brand new Skoda Kodiaq.
The new Skoda dealership strengthens the brand’s position in the north-west, with Lookers Skoda locations also based in Salford and Eccles.
Scott Innes, general manager at Lookers Skoda, pictured, said: ‘Everyone had a great time at the launch event and we can’t wait to push on and establish the new site and introduce more customers to our fantastic range of cars.’
