SOUTH east-based car dealer Lifestyle Europe has launched a new mobile app to help their customers.
Launched this week the new app allows customers to research their next car or commercial vehicle purchase, browse all of Lifestyle’s new and used car stock, find their nearest Lifestyle dealer, has the ability to contact the Lifestyle team, and give customers the opportunity to book a service.
The dealer has assured customers that the app’s content will be updated on a daily basis and monitored closely by Lifestyle staff.
Lifestyle Europe’s managing director, Peter Isted, said: ‘We pride ourselves on our service and professionalism, listening to what motorists tell us and going mobile is our latest response to our customer needs.
‘For three years running, we have won the Best Retail Group prize within the motor trade and with this brand new app, we aim to make buying and running a vehicle as stress-free as possible for all our customers. The app keeps customers up to date with all our available stock and makes it easier for them to pick the vehicle that suits them – at a time that suits them.’
To keep up with online customers’ needs, Lifestyle recently launched a new website optimised for mobile phone use. The new site gives motorists their own personal portal to make priority service bookings, arrange courtesy cars and even talk instantly online to a Lifestyle assistant about any queries.
