PEUGEOT has teamed up with AUTOi to make vehicle appraisal and HPI checks more efficient than ever before.

The Peugeot iSell app, claimed to be the most advanced sales system on the market, will now include the AUTOi system powered by HPI. It will be fully integrated into the sales system allowing Peugeot dealers to complete digital appraisals, HPI checks and valuations.

Using the system, dealers are able to quickly and efficiently appraise vehicles by capturing key information, adding up to nine pictures, two videos and highlighting key areas of damage by placing digital markers directly onto the photos.

The new analytics system also gives dealerships the ability to analyse appraisal data by dealership and sales executive activity, establishing peak periods of business and providing insight into trends specific to the dealer.

Once Peugeot customers choose a model, colour and other vehicle specifics, the dealer uses iSell to locate a vehicle matching that description. Customer information is entered into the tablet and by clicking on the ‘appraisal’ section, the dealer can conduct a detailed appraisal, bringing added information to their fingertips and creating a professional image.

Keith Hopkins, head of manufacturer accounts at HPI said: ‘We are delighted to be working with Peugeot, a manufacturer that also recognises the sales potential offered by the mobile technology revolution.’

Sebastien Duval, managing director of AUTOi added: ‘iSell is an outstanding system which will significantly help Peugeot dealers meet the needs of their customers by utilising the capabilities of tablets to enhance the sales process.

‘With the addition of AUTOi, dealers gain the ability to quickly and efficiently appraise vehicles, complete provenance checks and valuations all from one fully integrated system, assisting dealers in maximising profit opportunities.’
