AMERICAN brand Chevrolet has launched its own accident aftercare programme to make sure owners are looked after.

Called Chevrolet First, customers who are involved in an accident need only make one phone call to take care of every detail.

Telephone lines are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to liaise with customers’ insurance companies, arrange for recovery of the vehicle, provide a courtesy car where appropriate even if it’s not covered by their insurance.

Chevrolet First will also exercise the customer’s right to have their vehicle repaired by an authorised Chevrolet repair centre, and Chevrolet customers will not have to fill in claims forms as that is taken care for them. There is one point of contact from beginning to end who will keep customers updated on the progress of their claim and the vehicle repair.

Chevrolet is making the service available to all Chevy drivers whatever the age of their vehicle or where it was originally purchased.
