MITSUBISHI Motors in the UK has appointed a new dealer support manager because of the growth of the brand.
Trevor Schindler has been appointed to the role, having worked as an area manager for the company for the past seven years. Schindler joined Mitsubishi in 1998 and has vast experience in a number of roles, including product manager (sales) and sales planning/analysis manager (sales).
He said: ‘I’m really excited about the new role. Network development and franchising are great teams, and while I’ve worked for Mitsubishi for 18 years, it’s an area of the company I haven’t worked in before.
‘I’m looking forward to working with them, while still working closely with the dealers, which is what I enjoyed as an area manager.
‘With the brand continuing to go from strength to strength, we need to make sure the dealers are prepared for the challenges that come with that. As a team, we need to ensure we support the dealers through our dealer development and training programmes.’
Trevor will work with Emma Soble, who was appointed to the new role of general manager network development in November 2015.
