Evans Halshaw Edinburgh West paves the Renault UK way with new-look exterior

Time 1:45 pm, November 13, 2017

EVANS Halshaw Edinburgh West has become the first Renault dealer in the UK to have its exterior updated with the manufacturer’s new showroom aesthetic.

It marks the start of the next step in refreshing the appearance of the French brand’s dealerships, with 90 per cent of Renault’s UK showrooms having already adopted the Renault Store concept interior design.

Innovative materials and extra flair have been used to mirror the changes that the Renault and Dacia model ranges have undergone in recent years, says the company.

The white exterior materials have been replaced with a new black woven metal design, while the area outside the front door has become a retailing space, with various bespoke model displays.

Adrian Healy, dealer principal at Evans Halshaw Edinburgh West, said: ‘It’s an exciting time for Evans Halshaw to be part of Renault history. With a successful model range and young product line-up, it’s the perfect time to be making this investment in the dealership.

‘Our staff and customers are excited to experience the new Renault Store concept design, and we know it will help us attract customers both old and new.’

Nick Tame, sales director of Groupe Renault UK, said: ‘It’s great to see this continued investment in Renault from our franchise partners.

‘The completion of the first dealership exterior in the new Renault Store concept signals the last phase of a series of changes Renault has undertaken over the past few years, with other changes happening inside the dealerships, in our structure and – most importantly – with our car design.’
