Martec Europe sharpens skills of staff who are coming off furlough

Time 9:00 am, June 24, 2020

Looking back, lockdown saw a number of positives: people developing stronger relationships, taking up more fitness and exercise, the building of great community spirit, neighbours reaching out to avoid others struggling through the virus alone, support from key workers. Some excellent silver linings.

But with training and coaching having been on hold during this time, how are your teams’ skills now they are starting to come back off furlough? Are they inspired, confident and ready to help and influence your customers post-Covid-19?

It is evident that enquiries are moving forward and in some cases doubled in the first couple of weeks. Naturally, online and telephone enquiries are returning.

Some staff coming off furlough may need help sharpening up, though, so why not make use of this initial period and take advantage of effective remote training and coaching? Why not get ready?

We can tailor one of our solutions to your business, and they’re delivered in a number of ways.

They can be live-hosted with online training and coaching, or it can be a face-to-face interaction that’s one-to-one or in small groups of between three and five people and which are Covid-secure at your showroom’s training facilities, with all social distancing measures in place.

Coming soon, too, is our new learning portal of intelligence, which will be available later in Q3.

Phone, web and video behaviour plus skills analytics are all also available.

We cover the following topics:

  • eVHC technical update calls
  • Aftersales communication skills
  • Sales customer retention skills
  • Sales telephone and online conversion skills
  • Sales activity performance, looking at KPIs and analytical data
  • Management coaching to help you improve and re-engage the team performance
  • Identifying business performance plus determining and implementing actions required

There are many more areas that we can help with, too, whether bespoke or specific learning.

Please let us know what you would like and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements.

We, like you, are very much looking forward to the coming weeks and months ahead. We are keen to put our shoulders to the wheel and get helping our clients to help their customers.

Together we can motivate, skill and inspire retailers’ teams to be 2021-ready.
