New DS Store in Birmingham offers customers a touch of luxury

A NEW DS Store has opened in Birmingham.

The dealership – an entirely new building in Tyburn Road in the north of the city – is the largest dedicated DS retail space in the area and is part of the Robins & Day group.

It has been designed to have a chic, Parisian atmosphere befitting the French manufacturer and can accommodate a display of five DS cars positioned around a comfortable lounge area.

Doug Graham, general manager at the showroom, said the new store was ‘a very welcoming and stylish environment for our prospective customers, who will be attracted to view our products and services in immersive, luxurious and spacious surroundings. This is a more relaxed and intimate car-buying experience for enhanced well-being.’

Specially trained DS expert advisers are on hand to help visitors, and as with all DS retail centres, the store has been designed in line with the brand’s ‘Only You, the DS Experience’ programme.

It means customers will benefit from a portfolio of services that go beyond regular customer service.

Alain Descat, UK managing director of DS Automobiles, said the store had been finished ‘with great attention to detail’ and described it as ‘a delightful environment’.

He added: ‘DS is a premium-positioned, bold and daring automotive brand with ambitions to be the credible premium alternative to more mainstream competitors.’

There are currently 35 DS stores and outlets in key cities across the UK, with more opening soon.
