No greater accolade than winning a Car Dealer Power Award, believes Lawgistics boss

Winning a Car Dealer Power award is ‘very important’ and firms should do all they can to ensure their customers vote for them.

That’s the opinion of the boss of Lawgistics – a multi Car Dealer Power Award winning legal firm for the motor trade.

Joel Combes has picked up a number of awards in our annual event, but last year secured the Product Innovation of the Year title for its HR Manager product.

Car Dealer Power awards are the only ones voted for by car dealers.

Combes said: ‘Winning a Car Dealer Power Award reassures our members they are receiving the best legal advice, provides our prospective clients confidence to buy and lets our legal team know they are doing a great job.

‘We are very vocal about winning, including the winners logo in our email signatures and adverts – it is very important we are recognised as the winning legal team.’

Hundreds of dealers have already voted in this year’s survey which aims to find the best suppliers to do business with and the best car manufacturers to represent.

Last year, Mazda took home the coveted number one spot in our survey, closely followed by Kia and Hyundai. Citroen languished at the bottom.

Dealers can vote now in just a few minutes, by filling in a simple survey that asks them to rate their manufacturer partners and vote for their favourite suppliers. Independent dealers can skip the manufacturer section.

Combes added: ‘In this digital age it is all too easy for anyone to set up a company, without any previous experience, and claim they can provide the same service as an established supplier.

‘With this in mind, it is crucial that credible organisations stand out from the crowd and winning a Car Dealer Power Awards does exactly that.

‘As suppliers are nominated by their customers to be put up for the award, there is no greater accolade.

‘Winning a Car Dealer Power Award demonstrates the relationship you have with your customers and the service you provide.’

Voting opened on July 1 and closes at the end of August. The shortlist of contenders will be revealed on September 7.

Then, on September 30, Car Dealer Magazine will reveal the winners in a special video awards presentation and the gongs will be delivered to the winners.

This is the first time the Car Dealer Power Awards are to be held digitally.

Award winners and highly commended firms will have the opportunity to highlight their special achievements in a dedicated Car Dealer Power section on this popular website, instead of attending the awards presentation like previous years.

Access to the winners logos, a special winners video and promotional story featured in the Car Dealer Power Awards section will all be offered to the successful firms. Full details will be released to the shortlisted businesses nearer the time.
