RENAULT’S Pro+ service is celebrating its first birthday this month after a successful 12 months.
December 2009 saw Renault launch the service which is ‘one-stop shop’ for LCV business customers.
Specialist business sales and after-sales advisors, along with demonstrations and displays of the entire van range, including conversions all feature at Renault Pro+ dealerships. Pro+ also offers extended opening hours, customers get a suitable courtesy vehicle, while personalised finance proposals, estimation of work time for all repair work and diagnostics are all completed with the service.
The first dealership to offer the service was Acton-based Renault London West – Renault and Renault Retail Group’s flagship UK dealership – was the first to launch the service, and was officially launched by Red Bull Racing Formula One Driver Mark Webber. There are now a total of 24 Renault Pro+ dealers across the UK, with five more planned for 2011.
Darren Payne, Renault UK’s director of fleet and commercial vehicle operations said: ‘The success of Renault Pro+ is down to our understanding of business customer needs. We know that they are under pressure to keep up productivity and therefore demand a specific level of service.
‘Renault was a forerunner when it created the Renault Business Centre network for its business customers back in 1999 and now, one year on from the launch of the Renault Pro+ brand in the UK, we’re continuing to develop our services to meet the needs of our customers.’
