BCA HAS announced an exclusive five-year remarketing agreement with Vertu Motors plc, the nationwide motor group that operates over 124 outlets representing 22 manufacturers across the UK. The deal is one of the largest ever seen in the remarketing industry.
Cars from Vertu Motors will be sold at BCA centres nationwide, with all vehicles available to BCA Live Online buyers. All vehicles are pre-sale prepared and all eligible vehicles will be offered under the BCA Assured scheme.
Vertu Motors will be adopting the exclusive BCA Dealer Pro system across the retail group, meaning every incoming part-exchange vehicle will be appraised and valued using BCA’s cloud-based service.
All non-retail part-exchange cars will be consigned to BCA for immediate remarketing, while the dealer group functionality integrates with Vertu’s lead management provider to identify and retain more cars for profitable retail sales, rather than being traded.
Vertu Motors is also adopting AutosOnShow.TV’s specialist Vehicle Guided Imagery application to ensure consistency and quality in used vehicle imagery throughout the group.
Robert Forrester, CEO of Vertu Motors plc said: ‘BCA offer an integrated and innovative approach to remarketing, together with complementary services such as Dealer Pro and Vehicle Guided Imagery that meet the needs of our dealer network. Uniquely in the UK marketplace, BCA has the scope, capacity and substantial buying power to efficiently manage the large volumes of stock generated by our nationwide dealer network back into the wholesale sector.’
BCA is supporting the Vertu sales programme with a strategic marketing campaign that includes branded e-marketing and online awareness through BCA’s website, Auction View bulletins and Showroom feature.
BCA’s dealer sales director Dave Burden added: ‘This five-year deal will deliver a substantial range of attractive stock for buyers at BCA nationwide. Vertu Motors plc will offer a superb selection of vehicles at BCA and we are delighted that we have been awarded an exclusive remarketing partnership with the group.’
