The media company that owns both UK Web Sites and Compucars.co.uk has announced plans to expand its business by recruiting new staff to ensure old and new customers receive the support they need.

Three new sales executives have been employed to cover the South West, the Midlands and the North West, and are responsible for the account management of the manufacturers, dealer groups and independent customers for the UK Web Sites and Compucars.co.uk range of products, as well as the new AutoPresenter tool.

Rob Queen group marketing manager at Starkwood Media Group, said: ‘The team will ensure that all motor retailers up and down the country have a consistent and regular opportunity to discuss their online advertising and web design requirements.

‘The new appointments also allow us to focus on ensuring that our current customers continue to receive the high levels of customer service that they have come to expect.

‘We are committed to looking after our clients and firmly believe in the personal touch. We promise to be more customer focused than ever before and the introduction of our new field sales team is testament to our commitment to customer service.’

The expansion comes as UK Web Sites announces new web enhancements for dealers.

Called ‘Fastload’, the company has introduced a new service for dealers which provides up-to-date technical data and improved stock management.

Dealers can now also upload video and 24 HD zoom images to their online adverts with the new service, which also promises improved SEO and social media compatibility and, use its new Intelligent Vehicle Promotion tool and Previously Sold Gallery.

‘We recognise that times are still very tough for most dealers and as such, we have been working exceptionally hard to bring these new enhancements to our customers,’ added Queen.

‘They have all been created to help drive dwell time and ultimately increase leads and therefore sales and we are delighted to be able to offer these enhancements free to all customers who have renewed their UK Web Sites contract within the last 12 months.’
