CAP has released its latest video which gives an update on the condition of the used car market in September. in the form of a video.
It’s the third video from the firm which outlines the state of the UK’s used car market.
In the video, CAP Black Book’s editor, Tim Bearder, says: ‘This month, one of the clear things we have seen is a lack of stock, especially around the three year old mark.
‘Remarketers have been hanging onto their cars, but this month they have been getting a bid and letting the cars go.
‘But this has not been significant enough to raise prices like it did last year.’
The video also reveals that independents have reported stronger business than franchises.
