CITNOW has appointed Carol Fairchild as its commercial director, as the video technology pioneer seeks to cement its place in the sector by further improving customer retention.
Carol comes with a substantial background and expertise in the automotive and aftermarket sector, having spent 18 years in the industry.
She previously worked as a group marketing & product development manager at Arnold Clark, overseeing its product development and marketing plans, having also launched her own consultancy firm in 2017.
Carol will be leading CitNOW’s global marketing team to grow the brand’s presence across the UK and overseas.
She will also be involved in researching new market opportunities, supporting the sales team, and will be responsible for CitNOW’s integration with a range of retailer web and CRM systems.
Carol commented: ‘The team at CitNOW is fantastic and really passionate. Having spent the last 18 years at large automotive retailers, it was time for a change and I wanted to be a part of what is going to be a very exciting period for CitNOW.’
