Peugeot dealer chairman steps aside after eight years in the role

CHRIS KIDD has stepped down as chairman of the Peugeot Dealer Association in the UK after eight years in the role.

The voluntary position predominantly involves representing the UK Peugeot dealer network in discussions with Peugeot Motor Company in the UK.

Topics cover all aspects of the business including vehicle sales, aftersales and network development.


Mr Kidd, the dealer principal at Gateway Motor Company in Crewe, Cheshire, pictured, reflected on his time as chairman by saying: ‘I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as chairman, and especially being able to meet many of the dealers representing the Peugeot brand across the length and breadth of the UK.

‘In particular, I have picked up many tips from some very good operators and I’ve been able to see a little further into the future thanks to my close working relationship with the directors of the Peugeot brand.’
