Time 9:26 am, August 26, 2016

PAUL WILDE is the new group marketing manager at Hampshire-based car dealer Picador.

The family-owned Vauxhall, Renault and Dacia retailer has brought Wilde in to oversee all of its group marketing activity and to assist in driving the business forward.

Wilde brings many years of experience to the role, having previously worked in the automotive sector before spending three years in telecoms.

He said: ‘I am delighted to have joined Picador Group. The automotive industry has played a big part in my career and the opportunity to join such a prestigious company was too good to turn down.’

Graham Jacobs, Picador Group CEO, said: ‘I am delighted to welcome Paul into the business.

‘He has all of the experience we are looking for and he joins at an exciting time for group. I look forward to working closely with him and seeing what the future holds.’

Picador, which has four locations across the Hampshire area, is one of the longest-serving Vauxhall retailers in the country and also represents Renault and Dacia at its site in Sholing, Southampton.
