CDX16: Pro-Align to demonstrate innovative wheel servicing solutions

Time 9:18 am, May 11, 2016

VISITORS to CDX16 will have the opportunity to view a range of innovative Hunter wheel servicing solutions from leading equipment supplier, Pro-Align.

Designed to boost workshop efficiency and unlock a host of profitable service opportunities, Pro-Align will demonstrate the capabilities of its award-winning Hunter QuickCheck aligner.

Based on its range-topping HawkEye Elite TD, the cabinet mounted system acts as a preliminary wheel alignment diagnostic tool, allowing workshops to quickly identify those vehicles requiring a full 14 point alignment check and subsequent corrective work.

QuickGrip has received OEM approval from both BMW and Mercedes-Benz, alongside its existing approval from the VW Group, as it helps to make wheel alignment checks even faster and easier for a growing number of franchise dealers.

Dealerships who have previously encountered difficulties in diagnosing and solving the most challenging wheel vibration and ride comfort issues will be able to view the Hunter Road Force Touch balancer. This innovative system applies a load roller to the wheel and tyre assembly, effectively taking it for a road test, allowing force matching to minimise the most challenging wheel vibration problems.

Meanwhile, Pro-Align will also be displaying its very latest workshop tool, the easi iHeat induction heater. Delivering rapid and safe heat with finger point accuracy, the new tool applies targeted heat in a faster, safer and easier manner than ever before, allowing it to be used with a wide range of workshop applications such as removal or straightening of components or freeing off items.

Paul Beaurain, MD of Pro-Align, said: ‘With many OEM approvals, Hunter systems provide dealerships with a number of efficiency and revenue generation opportunities. With such a strong line-up, we’re looking forward to CDX16 where we can show dealers how we can help boost their aftersales business.’

CDX16 will be held at Silverstone on Tuesday, May 24. Register for your FREE tickets here.
