They decided to show off their dance moves for Comic Relief by creating their own version of Uptown Funk for Comic Relief.

According to a report in the Wanstead & Woodford Guardian, it was filmed and edited by Toyota sales manager Nahide Crisps’ 18-year-old niece Leyla Hassan, a photography student, who put the four-minute video on YouTube.

The staff throw themselves into it, and are seen twerking, doing the ‘worm’, the moonwalk and headbanging.

Mrs Crisp told the paper: ‘There are lots of copycat videos out there but they are not as good as ours.’

Staff will be continuing their fundraising efforts with sumo wrestling – although those who suggested visitors to the showroom may be more tempted to shell out in the planned ‘pay to stop the staff singing karaoke’ session are, perhaps, being just a little unkind…
