Agreement with Vantage Motor Group sees Rapid RTC reach new landmark

DIGITAL lead management specialist Rapid RTC is reporting substantial growth in the UK recently, with more than 1,000 retailers now using its technology.

The company reached the latest milestone after agreeing to extend its existing partnership with Vantage Motor Group to roll out its platform across eight additional sites, taking the total number of Vantage dealerships using Rapid RTC to 24.

Vantage expects the extra sites to go live very soon – and involve the brands Honda, Citroen, Kia, Skoda, Toyota and Lexus.


In addition to the guarantee of a 100 per cent response rate and an average response time of 30 minutes for online enquiries, an aspect of Rapid RTC Lead Manager technology that impressed Vantage is its integration capabilities with their CRM provider.

Andrew Mallory, operations director at Vantage, explained: ‘We recently changed to enquiryMAX as our CRM provider and were looking for a dynamic, yet intuitive, lead management platform that could complement it. Having already used Rapid RTC’s Lead Manager product, we knew it would be the ideal choice.’

Rapid RTC’s platform aggregates all digital lead sources from their point of capture and distributes them in real-time to the relevant people at the dealership, while simultaneously empowering them to provide a premium response.


Working from any mobile device, sales staff can reply with Lead Manager’s powerful email messaging and branding, as well as choose from a host of on-demand files with the click of a button.
