Stafford Audi achieves 100 per cent service accreditation

Time 11:22 am, July 17, 2019

AN AUDI dealership is celebrating after two of its service advisers became fully Audi-accredited.

Lydia Haycock and Leigh Taylor have both qualified at Stafford Audi.

Head of business at the dealership Kevin Cunliffe said: ‘This is a real achievement for Lydia and Leigh and great for Stafford Audi.

‘Our team is not only friendly and helpful, but is now 100 per cent Audi-accredited, ensuring our customers receive really top-notch service from our highly knowledgeable team.’

Stafford Audi is part of family-owned and run Swansway Motor Group. Lydia, who lives in Madeley, has been with the business since May 2018.

She said: ‘I’ve worked for a few different companies, but Swansway is the best; everyone was so welcoming when I first started and there’s a great family feel.’

Leigh, from Newcastle, has been with the company for five years and has occupied a number of different roles.

He said: ‘The great thing is there are plenty of opportunities in different departments and I’ve worked with many team members who have been promoted, which goes to show that the company likes to promote from within.

‘Looking after customers and making sure they’re happy can be challenging some days but it’s something that I really enjoy.’
