Dragon2000 ‘delighted’ to partner with Paymentsense

Time 10:39 am, May 1, 2018

DRAGON2000 has integrated with card payment company Paymentsense, Europe’s largest merchant service provider.

Easy to install, the Paymentsense card terminals are seamlessly integrated with DragonDMS and Sage, saving time and eliminating re-keying errors. For maximum convenience, multiple terminals can be used in different areas of the business, for example in the sales department, on the service desk and at the parts counter.

Dealers can start taking payments within minutes of receiving the terminal and can take customer payments against any outstanding vehicle, service or parts invoice within the DragonDMS.

The card terminal will activate with the amount required, awaiting the insertion of the card and customer PIN, whilst on-screen prompts also appear within the DMS showing the progress of the transaction.

The card payment date and amount are then recorded within the DragonDMS, against the relevant invoices, which will also integrate into Sage, making the whole transaction quick and easy for the customer and for the dealer too, with no double entry required.

Mark Kelland, commercial manager of Dragon2000, pictured, said: ‘We are delighted to partner with Paymentsense, which is trusted by over 60,000 small businesses in the UK.

‘This new partnership will offer dealers great transaction rates and will also save time on double entry.’
