FAMILY-owned Marshall Motor Group has announced it has agreed to buy another four dealerships.
Subject to contract, Marshall will snap up the businesses from the privately-owned Pilling Motor Group.
The businesses include Volvo in Milton Keynes and Welwyn Garden City, plus Renault and Mazda in Milton Keynes. Also included is an Authorised Repairer business for Citroen in Milton Keynes.
Marshall boss Daksh Gupta said no further statements will be issued until the acquisition is completed which is anticipated to be during April.
