HARROGATE is the latest town to join MG’s dealer network, the company has announced.
MG Brookroyd will be open for business by mid- March this year, and in the mean time major upgrades to the five-car showroom’s after sales department will take place.
The new dealership in Killinghall, on the northern outskirts of the famous spa town, is run by Peter Chapman. He said: ‘We have been watching the success of MG for some time and we are convinced that the new MG3 and the MG6 models will go down really well here in north Yorkshire.
‘Our customers think carefully before parting with their hard-earned cash, so I am sure that, like me they will quickly see what great value for money these cars offer. Everyone at the dealership is thoroughly impressed with these new MGs and of course the brand is a British icon.’
Brookroyd joins an ever-expanding dealer work for the Chinese-owned British marque and comes soon after the appointment of MG Doncaster in South Yorkshire, and less than a year after Eric Stead Ltd in Ecclesfield, Grant & McAllin in Holbrook and three sales outlets in Newcastle.
