CITY Auction Group, the UK’s fastest growing auction firm, has just appointed Natalie Young as its new national sales manager.
Natalie has more 17 years of automotive sales and client management experience, and has previously worked with Manheim Remarketing, Auto Trader Digital and Mercedes-Benz Retail UK.
In her new role, Natalie will be responsible for developing director-level relationships with franchised dealer groups and car supermarkets, as well as introducing specialist dealer group part-exchange sales programmes to complement the current corporate sale events at Rockingham.
Michael Tomalin, managing director of City Auction Group, said: ‘I am delighted to welcome Natalie on board, as she brings a wealth of automotive experience to this important new role.
‘With a proven track record in sales, Natalie will add valuable skills and experience to the management team.’
Natalie said: ‘My new role is extremely exciting and I am really looking forward to the challenges ahead. I am very impressed with the firm’s facility at Rockingham and its rapid growth and success since launch.’
Since City Auction launched its new facility at Rockingham in January 2015, the firm has employed 50 new staff, across administration, sales, finance and business development.
The next auction event is on Thursday, April 16 at 10am with anchor vendor Lex Autolease, Avis Budget Group, Peugeot & Citroen Financial Services, Semalease, Helphire, FCA Group with new vendors RCi Financial Services and Renault UK.
