LATER today, the Trade Plates TV live show will be taking over Imperial Car Supermarket’s headquarters in Southampton.
Continuing at the later time of 6pm, Rebecca Chaplin will be speaking with operations director Neil Smith about the business’s online identity and how it’s protected if it’s challenged by imitators or fake reviews.
Despite having six used car dealerships and three service centres, a large portion of the business’s focus is online. We’ll be asking Smith how he ensures that he maximises traffic to the Imperial Car Supermarkets website, but also protects their stock from online fraud.
With around 1,500 cars in stock at any one time, we’ll also be talking to Smith about the importance of online portals and pay-per-click advertising for getting customers to your website.
