‘A refreshingly large event for the motor industry’ – CitNOW talks CDX16

Time 9:10 am, February 15, 2016

CDX16-logo-with-sponsor-286x300HAVE you signed up to CDX16 – the biggest automotive expo of its type, organised by Car Dealer Magazine? We’ve been talking to some of our exhibitors to find out why it is the must-attend event of the year.

We caught up with CitNOW – a leading provider of automotive video services – who says it’s ‘refreshing to see an event as large as this for the motor industry’.

Founded in 2008, CitNOW provides a range of simple-to-use video applications for dealers, ensuring a great return on investment for all clients.

CDX16 will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at Silverstone in Northamptonshire, and after finding it so worthwhile last year, CitNOW has decided to take part again.

The company said: ‘It’s great to see CDX attracting the independent dealerships as well as those with franchises. 2015 was well-attended and our expectation is that this event can only get more successful, hence our larger presence in 2016.

‘CitNOW exhibited at last year’s event where CEO Alistair Horsburgh gave a presentation to delegates about video relationship management and how dealerships can use personalised video to communicate throughout the customer journey.

‘This year, CDX will help us to continue to spread the knowledge that video has a very important part to play in the modern car sales process, whether they have a small used car lot or the biggest franchised dealership in the UK.’

CitNOW will present a strong line-up of executives at CDX16 with Andrew Howells, founder and chairman, Alistair Jeff, commercial director, and product expert Emily Grant joining Horsburgh on the stand.

The firm added: ‘CitNOW will be holding a series of presentations on our exhibition stand throughout the day. Delegates can choose to attend a series of topics covering sales and aftersales, for both franchised and independent dealerships.’
