Retail group chief to lead Peugeot as boss Moscrop retires

NEIL MOSCROP, brand director at Peugeot UK, is retiring at the end of March after 36 years of service at Peugeot UK.

Replacing Moscrop is David Peel, currently chief executive officer at Peugeot Citroën Retail Group UK.

Peel takes the role of managing director, Peugeot UK, and will progressively take over from Moscrop during March.


Peel commented: ‘I am both proud and delighted to be Peugeot UK’s new managing director. The Peugeot product range has recently completed an accelerated invigoration phase, and today has its most appealing line-up.

‘I am really excited and passionate about the opportunity to lead Peugeot in the UK and will draw from my considerable retail experience to drive the brand forward.’

David Peel will report to PSA UK director general, Stéphane Le Guével.


Le Guével said: ‘On behalf of everyone at Peugeot UK, I would like to thank Neil for his significant and valued contribution to Peugeot UK and the wider PSA Group for his many years of service, and I wish him a long and happy retirement.’
